Back to the 50's

Are we there yet? It has already been 2 weekends ago now since we went to Back to the 50's. I am not quite sure where June went.


On our way (and yes if you notice Caswell is no longer in his carseat). Like in years past we took the shuttle bus (a school bus) from the MOA parking lot to the fairgrounds. It beats finding and paying for parking. It did not even dawn on me until we were moving that I have my baby riding in a moving vehicle NOT strapped in. You would not believe how much he LOVED it. Of course you would too if all your life so far all you got to do was ride around backwards and just barely see out any windows. We sat in the first few rows and Caswell just stared out the front window all the way there and back. Our bus driver was great. She has been driving bus since I was born.

Caswell was awake almost the entire time we were there. He was so excited. He enjoyed looking at and hearing all of the cars around.

Yes Caswell this is the truck Bumpa sold before you were old enough to drive it. At least we got your picture taken by before it went to Australia. The couple who bought the truck for their son live in Australia. That is pretty cool that "Chester" is going down under.
