I was going to say that Bumpa's chair might be the most comfortable spot in their house but I am guessing this is one of Caswell's favorite places to be...right in his Nana's lap.

What book shall we read today...

I LOVE the bookcase we have in Caswell's Room. It is just the right size and holds a LOT of books. I bought the bookcase at the Amish Woodshed in Augusta, WI. I looked at toy boxes the last time I was there and had my eye on a couple. I am sure I will picking one of them up the next time I am there. :)

Sesame Street Playhouse

It all started with a gift from his Great Aunt Kathie. For Valentine's Day, Caswell got a 2 pack of Sesame Street Figures (Soccer Elmo and Count the Referee) and lots of other fun stuff. So of course the next time we went to Target we had to check out what other Sesame Street figures they had. Well not only did we leave with 2 more sets but we also got the Sesame Street Playhouse. Little did we know that Brandon (Caswell's cousin - who got the same gift from Great Aunt Kathie) also got more figures and the Playhouse over the weekend. Cassie shared with me that Caswell got so excited when he saw that Brandon had the same Playhouse. I wonder if Great Aunt Kathie knows what she started. Haha

So hard to believe how fast our little guy is growing. He is the light of my life. I love how he just shakes when he gets excited over the little things in life. But in his little life they are big.

Caswell, may you always be happy. Don't ever let anyone make you feel any different. Life is as good as you make it. It may not always be easy but it is a good life because it is yours!

Daddy got a new blanket

for Christmas this year. I have been saving Jeff's old T-shirts and cutting them up for rags for Jeff to use and little did he know that my mom and I were saving the rest of the shirts for this.

He LOVED it! My mom did all the sewing and did a fabulous job.

I think if this was any bigger it would be on our bed. It has already gotten a lot of use (aka love).

Caswell LOVES daddy's new blanket too !
