Fall Fun

We had fun at Richfield Veteran's Park running around the pumpkins, playing on and in the inflatables and going on a hayride.  It is such was a beautiful day and hot day for the end of September!!  We picked out 3 cute small pumpkins today.  Hopefully we can fit in lots of other fall fun before we see any snow.
Happy Jean and Sweatshirt weather to everyone!
My favorite time of year next to Christmas.

23 Months Old

Only 1 more month of these stickers.  That means only 1 month away from being 2 years old.

You are always on the run and talking up a storm.  You love going on rides.  I am thinking it is anything that moves you are crazy about.  You love dinosaurs, watching Eddie (Fisher Price Little People), Elmo, Hot Wheels and Trucks.  You still enjoy going on walks in the stroller.  You don't mind going shopping to Target w/Mama, Daddy or even Nana because you know the great people in the bakery will give you a free chocolate chip cookie.  I love it when you say Thank You which you do very well.

Playing Basketball after our Friday Night Fish Fry

We had a wonderful weekend at the Dells.  It is a tradition that we have a fish fry on Friday night.  We went to a wonderful place called Cimaroli's.  It had great food.  Poor Caswell sat a few hours in the car and then in the cart at the store and then at the restaurant.  He did very well for being strapped in most of the day.  Little did we know that behind the restaurant they had a small basketball court so we could go outside and visit while Caswell got to run around and play.
Not sure how often you get to the Dells but we have been the past 2 years for the Wo Za Wha festival.  They have an arts and rafts fair, a flea market and a GREAT parade.  It was beautiful weather.

Caswell even made a few friends while he was playing.  I wish I would have taken a picture of this one particular guy but I bet he had no idea that he was going to play basketball while out to dinner on a Friday night.  He was a good sport about it.  Caswell was running to the get the ball and instead grabbed this guy by the hand and brought him over to play with us not once but twice.
We had lots of fun.  Thanks Tori and Bob for hanging out with all of us.  It is always good to see you.

What a day for a parade!!!

At first Caswell was not sure what to think of the parade.

Then he started getting into it and was waving and clapping at the floats going by.

Caswell and Nana watching her High School (Portage) marching band.

You know you are in Wisconsin when you see a marching band with cheese heads.

This truck has got to be my favorite "float".  It is a tow truck company that is towing all of it's truck going back over the years.

One tired little boy...
